Dr. Martin has been an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for 28 years. He graduated from University of Texas with his Bachelors of Arts then proceeded on to Baylor College of Dentistry, after he graduated from Baylor, Dr. Martin went to University of Texas and earned his degree in Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Martin specializes in Tooth Extractions, Wisdom Teeth Removal, Dental Implants, Bone Grafting, Sinus Augmentation Surgery and IV Sedation. He is Board Certified, Fellowship Trained and an Accredited Facility. When he's not working he loves to spend time with his wife and children.
Nikole
Surgical Lead
Nikole has been in the dental field for over 11 years with extensive training in dental anesthesia and IV’s. While assisting our patients throughout the entire surgical process she also provides extra care making sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. Whether caring for our patients preoperative, in recovery or educating and instructing their caregivers, our patients and their families find her comforting and compassionate. Nikole has a true passion for helping patients have the best surgical experience during their stay at Estetica. In her free time Nikole enjoys cooking new recipes or meal prepping for friends and family.

Oral Surgery Coordinator
Hi my name is Ariana Flores. I am the Oral Surgery Coordinator here at Estetica. I have been in the medical field for 11 years as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. I am a licensed Esthetician and have been in the industry for 2 1/2 years. I strive to make sure that your experience with Estetica is amazing. I am a mom of 3 beautiful children and love being outdoors. I hope to see all your beautiful faces soon!
Madison
Director of Nursing
Madison has been in the medical field for the last 8 years. She has experience in oral surgery and primary care. She was a nursing assistant in the hospital before she went to school for her BSN. Madison has a tremendous amount of experience and a proven track record of success in the nursing field, which will be valuable in meeting our departmental goals and objectives. Madison is an excellent match for this position and a strong asset to Estetica. Madison loves being a part of our team because there is so much support and teamwork. She really enjoys being a part of such a big experience our patients go through. The surgeries and treatments can be completely life changing for our patients and it means the world to her that she can help them go through it. In her free time she enjoys taking her dog for walks, cooling off at the lake in the summer, and camping!
Tori
Nurse
Tori is a surgical nurse in the operating room alongside the brilliant Dr. Martin. Additionally, Tori serves as a nurse injector here at Estetica, where she combines her expertise in healthcare with her passion for aesthetics. Tori earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Arizona State University. This foundation provides a profound understanding of human anatomy and physiology which seamlessly integrated into her nursing career. She then pursued her true calling of becoming a nurse, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. Whether Tori is assisting in the operating room or performing injections with neuromodulators and fillers, Tori prioritizes patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction above all else. Every patient interaction is an opportunity for Tori to contribute a positive transformation, both on the outside and within.
